As goPuff’s chief customer officer, Jocelyn Wong leads goPuff’s Marketing, Brand Experience, Merchandising and Data & Analytics teams in efforts to enhance the customer experience through unique product offerings and customer engagement.
Wong previously served as the chief marketing officer at Lowe’s, where she oversaw everything from media to all integrated marketing and communications strategies for the Fortune 50 company. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Safeway and Procter & Gamble. In 2018, she was named one of Ad Age’s Women to Watch and Total Retail’s Top Women in Retail.
Jocelyn’s upbringing as a first-generation American motivated her to work hard as an engineering undergraduate at Purdue University, where her team won a contest for creating soy-based crayons. Jocelyn’s soy crayons helped get her an engineering job at P&G after graduation, but she soon discovered her passion for marketing and did a complete career pivot. She now has more than 23 years of experience in marketing, brand management, merchandising and product innovation.
