The health and safety of our community and customers are top priorities for Gopuff. 

We are offering Hands-Free, Non-Contact Delivery in all Gopuff markets. Gopuff users have always been able to request an order drop-off in the delivery instructions, but now we’re making it even easier to get contact-free delivery. 

To use this feature, simply check the new box for “Hands-Free Delivery” on the checkout page. 

Then, make sure to provide additional delivery instructions for your driver partner, like to leave your order with a front desk, to ring your doorbell, etc. 

If you choose this option, a driver partner should call you upon arrival to confirm where the order should be left & to let you know the delivery is ready for pickup at your desired location.

Note: Orders containing products that require ID verification, like alcohol and tobacco, are not eligible for Hands-Free Delivery.
