Seven years ago, Yak and I started goPuff because we knew there was an easier way to get everyday essentials. Now we have expanded from what was basically a college campus business to over 500 cities across the U.S. We may be new to you or your area, so I’d love to tell you about what goPuff is and why we love it.
goPuff is the go-to solution for immediate, everyday needs, from cleaning supplies, home needs and over-the-counter medications to food and drinks, delivered in just minutes. That is what goPuff does, and we love what we do.
But what is goPuff? As a consumer tech platform, goPuff leverages hyperlocal technology to deliver everyday essentials to customers in more than 500 U.S. cities. We offer thousands of products ranging from quick meals and snacks to cleaning supplies, baby and pet products and, in select markets, alcohol, available to individuals aged 21+. goPuff’s alcohol delivery offers wine, domestic and imported beer, hard seltzer, liquor and mixers.
How can goPuff save the day?
When would you use goPuff? Well, imagine a baseball game you’re watching on TV is just getting good and you realize you are out of traditional baseball snacks! We can deliver those in minutes. Or maybe you’re busy preparing for your final exams. You’re likely hungry or under-caffeinated. We can fix that—and you won’t even have to leave the library. Your charger broke or your study buddy stole it? We have chargers, too.
Or maybe you’re a parent, juggling family, work and your social life. goPuff can deliver diapers at 9 pm when the last thing you want to do is go to the store. If you’re working around the clock, we’ll take care of office supplies, quick meals or that much-needed glass of wine.
When we’re spending time with our families, we love to order our faves: Dunkaroos & pretzels with Nutella. If you enjoy shopping, goPuff gives you the joy of browsing the shelves without the hassle of going to the store.

When is goPuff open?
goPuff operates 24/7 in most of our locations and we’re open late everywhere else. That means we can deliver a late-night care package to your SO when they’re down, take care of your dog’s belated breakfast, bring the last-minute party supplies or solve most baby-related emergencies.
How goPuff can save you time and money
It is our goal to save you time and money. Now, how do we do that?
goPuff stores products in our own facilities. When you order a couple of pints of ice cream or birthday treats for your doggo, our driver-partners don’t have to go to the store to pick it up. We already have your essentials ready to go. This means less waiting and more relaxing for you.
How does this affect the price? We cut out the middleman, but there is another benefit to our system. Since our facilities are optimized for our driver-partners (unlike a regular store, there is no line for the checkout or even a checkout), we have to do less work to deliver your goodies. This means we can charge you less: $1.95 flat fee for regular orders.

Yakir and I pride in serving our communities and leading a socially conscious business. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve implemented non-contact delivery and supplied our driver-partners with personal protective equipment. As a company, we show our commitment to social justice by supporting and elevating the organizations we believe in and prioritizing diversity within the goPuff team.
goPuff takes pride in supporting important causes. In April 2020 we launched a partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of America to raise funds for their COVID-19 Relief Fund which provides food, distance education and childcare for those whose caregivers are on the frontlines of the pandemic.
