THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (“U.S.”) AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.) (VOID IN ALASKA AND HAWAII), AND IS OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS AS DESCRIBED IN THE RULES BELOW. Sweepstakes Name: Gopuff Referral Challenge (the “Sweepstakes”).
Sweepstakes Dates: Sweepstakes is scheduled to begin at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 12/11/25 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 1/12/26 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the (48) contiguous United States and D.C., in Alaska and Hawaii, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and who are physically located within, the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), who are age eighteen (18) or older, as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter or win:
Employees, officers, and directors of GoBrands, Inc. d/b/a Gopuff (collectively “Sponsor”), and each of their respective franchisees, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) make an eligible online referral using the Gopuff app or online at Gopuff.com (purchase required); or, (2) entry via mail-in (no purchase required). There is not a maximum limit of total entries per person, mail-in from all entry methods combined during the entire Sweepstakes registration period, regardless of method of entry.
Entry with Eligible Online Referral and Qualifying Purchase (purchase required): To enter, user must successfully refer a “new user” through Gopuff’s official referral system and the new user must make a qualifying purchase. Get your referral code at https://www.gopuff.com/account-referrals. This can be done through the Gopuff app or online at Gopuff.com. You must sign in with your Gopuff account credentials prior to completing the referral. If you do not have a free Gopuff account, follow the online instructions to create a Gopuff account prior to completing the referral. If you do not have the Gopuff app, download the Gopuff app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and create a new account. There is no cost to download the Gopuff app or to create a Gopuff account. To complete an eligible referral from the Gopuff app or online at Gopuff.com you must be logged into your Gopuff account and send your referral link or code to a new user, and they must register and place their first order. When the new user successfully completes both steps during the Registration Period, the sweepstakes participant will receive 1x referral credit. Referrals made as a “guest” (not logged into a valid Gopuff account) will not receive an entry to the Sweepstakes. Upon completion and confirmation of an eligible referral, entrants shall receive one (1) entry into the prize drawing. NOTE: During the Registration Period, there is not a maximum number of entries, meaning a sweepstakes participant can refer as many new users as they are able. Each successful & fully completed referral, will act as 1x entry into the Referral Challenge. All entries from eligible online referrals must be fully completed by 11:59:59 pm ET on January 12, 2026 to be eligible. Any referral that is not fully paid, completed, associated with a registered Gopuff account, or otherwise incomplete by the end of the Registration Period will not be eligible.

A “new user” is a real person who has never had a Gopuff account or placed a Gopuff order before, and who is not the referrer. They must create their own account and complete their first paid order using their own identifying details (email/phone/payment/device/address). Any attempt to create or use multiple accounts by the same person, household, or device doesn’t count and will disqualify the referrer.
“Qualifying purchase” means any purchase of products or services made on the Gopuff platform (including the Gopuff app or website) during the Sweepstakes Period, excluding all gift cards.For clarity, purchases of any gift cards—whether Gopuff-branded gift cards or third-party gift cards—do not count as qualifying purchases.
Mail-In Entry (no purchase required): To enter via mail-in & receive one entry into the Sweepstakes: mail a 3x5 inch index card with the following information:
Legibly written name, mailing address and valid email address of entrant
Date of birth or age attestation confirming entrant is 18+

NOTE: There is a maximum of one mail-in entry per envelope during the Registration Period. To be eligible, mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 12, 2026 and received no later than January 19, 2026.
Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s name, email address, Gopuff account, or providing any false email addresses or information, will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different emails, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically produced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of age, shall render such entries ineligible. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, Instagram direct message or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or promotional offers. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions. Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and checking the opt-in boxes will not improve your chances of winning.
All entries must include all required information. Any Gopuff eligible referral or mail-in entry with incorrect, incomplete or illegible information, an invalid email address or other inaccurate information will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, registration or submission, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register and associated with the entry will be deemed to be the registrant and that registrant must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address used by the authorized account holder to create a Gopuff or Instagram account. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers or attempts to tamper with or abuse the entry process in any way or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the authorized account holder shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Winner Selection and Notification (maximum 36 total prizes): Potential winners will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from all entry methods combined to be held on or about 1/21/2026 to select up to a maximum total of thirty six (36) potential prize winners (see prize description below).
Note: During the Registration Period, a maximum of one (1) prize shall be awarded per person and household, regardless of whether they have used multiple email addresses or Gopuff accounts to register. If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes for the Sweepstakes, then associated prize award(s) shall not be awarded.
Potential prize winners shall be notified via email following their selection and determination as a potential winner, to the email address account associated with their selected entry. Entrants are solely responsible for checking their email for any notification including junk or spam folders. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any incorrect email addresses provided at the time of registration, failure in delivery of any notification email due to spam filter, junk, quarantine or any other failure of delivery or receipt for any reason.
If a potential winner fails to respond, or the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a selected potential winner via email or Instagram direct message notification for any reason, within forty-eight (48)-hours from the initial notification attempt to the email address or Instagram account associated with that participant’s entry, then that participant may be disqualified and the associated prize shall not be re-awarded, except as noted herein. During the winner notification process, the selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the designated prize award (see below). If any selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the associate prize or elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified. Any disqualified entrant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation. Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of all potential prize winners, and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.
To be eligible for a prize, each winner will be required to complete and return in the manner instructed by the Sweepstakes Administrator (via online submission), within (2)-days of notification, a prize acceptance form, a W-9 form (if prize value exceeds $600.00), affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver’s license and social security card before prize will be awarded. Winners of prizes greater than $600.00 will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize(s) and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize(s). Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, contestant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation.
Grand Prize Award – Maximum of one (1) grand prize award available: Each entrant designated as a grand prize award winner will receive one (1) $20,000 GoCash credit to their registered Gopuff account. Grand prize award winners must have a valid Gopuff account to accept the grand prize award and shall allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery. Gopuff credits are subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the Gopuff Terms of Use. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each grand prize award: $20,000.
First Prize Awards – Maximum of ten (10) prize awards available: Each entrant designated as a first prize award winner will receive “Free Gopuff Groceries for a year”. This is equal to $300 in GoCash credit a week, for 52 weeks. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each first prize award: $15,600
Second Prize Awards – Maximum of twenty five (25) prize awards available: Each entrant designated as a second prize award winner will receive “Free FAM for life”. This is approximately equal to $95.88 a year. This will be automatically applied to the user’s Gopuff account, with a complimentary FAM subscription. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each second prize award: $4,794 (based on approximate 50 year duration).
NOTE: Prize winners must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. You must have an active Gopuff account to take receipt of a prize.
GOCASH MAY ONLY BE REDEEMED VIA THE GOPUFF APP OR WEBSITE. NO PORTION OF GOCASH IS TRANSFERRABLE TO ANOTHER PARTY.
GOCASH IS NOT REFUNDABLE, RETURNABLE, OR REDEEMABLE FOR CASH EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW. GOPUFF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF GOCASH.
General Prize Conditions: Any and all costs or expenses related to prize acceptance, redemption, use and delivery not specified herein as being included in the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility, including but not limited to delivery fees, sales tax, gratuity, and all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes). All prize awards are non-transferable, and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to collect or properly claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all available prize awards: $300,000.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an entrant wins a prize and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.
By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any and all claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor, including, but not limited to (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service; (f) any injury, or loss (including death) to persons or property of any kind, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt, use or misuse of any prize (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, claims, costs, personal injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional, under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory); and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, force majeure, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, pandemics, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.
Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of an entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the game, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes website, acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules, or acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, programming error or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.
IN CASE OF DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Delaware without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, as a condition to participating in the Sweepstakes the prize awarded by this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and will be determined by final and binding individual dispute resolution under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, and in no event will entrant be entitled to received attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
Odds: Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined.
