We offer a full return policy on any items that are reported damaged to firstname.lastname@example.org or to our toll free number within 24 hours. Our customer support team (aka our “Homie Hotline”) will provide an RMA Code to be included with your return item, within a 15-day
return shipment window.
We ask that our customers obtain their code within the first 24 hours to ensure that any damaged shipments are promptly addressed, and because no returns will be accepted without an RMA.
That said, each item is inspected and expertly packaged with tender loving care before being shipped out via reputable parcel service carriers.
Finally: we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used, so please do not ship these back to us. No exceptions!
