Return Policy

We offer a full return policy on any items that are reported damaged to sales@gopuff.com or to our toll free number at 855-400-PUFF within 24 hours. Our customer support team will provide an RMA Code to be included with your return item, within a 15-day return shipment window.


We ask that our customers obtain their code within the first 24 hours to ensure that any damaged shipments are promptly addressed, and because no returns will be accepted without an RMA.


Finally: we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used, so please do not ship these back to us. No exceptions!


On-Demand Delivery

Upon acceptance of delivery, no returns are accepted, so please inspect and let us know of any issues right away!
