Ingredients
10oz Fresh Ribeye Steak
2 Bell Peppers
2 Yellow Onions
Old El Paso Soft Flour Tortillas
Mexican Cheese
1⁄2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1⁄2 Lime (Juice)
2 Tbsp Chipotle Cholula (or Your Favorite Hot Sauce)
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Instructions
Thinly slice the onion and bell peppers.
Add oil to the pan and place in a medium/high heat sautee pan and cook for 10 mins.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
While the veggies are sauteeing, pat your steak down to remove all excess moisture and generously salt.
Place steak in a medium/ high heat pan with the fat cap down 1st.
Cook on each side for about 5 mins. For the last few minutes, add the butter and garlic and baste.
Add the tortillas to a pan and add the cheese. Once melted, remove and add the veggies, steak, cilantro, and sauce.
Chop up lettuce and cilantro, then mix.
For the sauce, add sour cream, hot sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper and mix.
