Ingredients
1.5 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cubed
8 X 6” Flour Tortillas (or 6 X 8” Tortillas)
2 Medium Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Large Red Onion, Chopped
1 Head Iceberg Lettuce, Finely Sliced into Shreds
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Bottles of Cholula Hot Sauce
1 Cup of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Kosher Salt for Seasoning
Black Pepper, for Seasoning
Olive Oil
Instructions
Heat a large skillet or a flat top to medium-high heat and coat with olive oil.
Add your chicken, season with salt and black pepper, and sear for a couple of minutes.
Add your Cholula Hot Sauce to the chicken and mix it in.
Cover with a cloche and cook for about 8 minutes, until the chicken reaches 160º - 165º. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Add the cayenne pepper and the smoked paprika to your ranch dressing and mix it in until evenly combined.
Heat your tortillas on the flat top for 10-15 seconds per side.
Build the wraps on a tortilla by adding shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, salt and pepper for seasoning, cheddar cheese, the Cholula chicken, and top it with your kicked-up ranch dressing.
Fold the side of the wrap in and then roll up the wrap.
Stack and serve!
