1. Scoop 1⁄2 the avocado into a bowl. Add lemon juice and salt and mix.
2. Place bacon in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Cut the tomatoes in half and thinly slice the red onion.
4. Toast the bread in some butter over medium heat.
5. Then fry the egg to your desired cook.
6. Assemble in this order: Avocado, onion, tomato, bacon, eggs, EBTB seasoning, lemon juice and hot sauce.
