2 Stone Fire Original Naan Flatbread Rounds
2 Slices of Prosciutto, Torn
6-8 Thin Slices of Granny Smith Apple
2 The Laughing Cow Creamy Original Cheese Spread Wedges
Parmesan Wedge, Shaved
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place 2 mini naans on the pan and spread 1 wedge of the Laughing Cow Cheese Spread on each. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place 3-4 apple slices on top of the cheese.
4. Tear up prosciutto into smaller pieces and place even amounts on each flatbread.
5. Bake for 6-7 minutes.
6. Top with shaved Parmesan and enjoy!
