1. Salt and pepper chicken breast to taste.
2. Wrap each piece of chicken breast in bacon, and place in a baking pan.
3. Dice the onions and potatoes, and add them into the pan with your chicken.
4. Add half a cup of water, and four tablespoons of olive oil.
5. Preheat your oven, and bake the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
6. While it’s baking, prepare your vegetables.
7. In three separate pots/pans, blanch your spinach, carrots and broccoli.
8. After they’re done, season with salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste.
9. When the chicken is done, serve together and enjoy.
