Organic Valley Grade A Eggs
Good Culture Cottage Cheese
Kraft Singles Cheese
Avocado
Organic Strawberries, Blueberries, Apples
Instructions
1. Prepare the bagels: Slice the Dave’s Killer Bread Bagel in half. Lightly toast the bagel in a toaster or on a skillet until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the eggs: In a bowl, crack 7 eggs and whisk until smooth. Add in ½ cup of cottage cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with evoo spray. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently.
4. Melt the Cheese: While the eggs are still warm in the pan, place the Kraft Singles Cheese slice on top of the eggs to melt slightly.
5. Layer the eggs with melted cheese.
6. Add slices of avocado for creaminess and healthy fats.
7. Wrap in aluminum foil and freeze for later use or store in the fridge.
8. Rinse and dry strawberries, blueberries, and apples.
9. Chop up the strawberries and applies to desired size
10. Place in food storage container and store in the fridge.
