WELCOME TO PROPER ICE CREAM. Proper ice cream is churned slowly. Really slowly. It keeps the ice out of your ice cream so you get more flavour and a smoother texture. This gelato was infused for 24 hours with Fairtrade vanilla pods from Madagascar. It’s creamy and moreish and pairs with everything from sticky toffee puddings to fiendishly tricky hangovers.
