How Fam Works.
FAM is Gopuff’s membership program that helps members save more and get faster delivery. FAM benefits include:
- $0 delivery on all orders
- Lowest prices on hundreds of everyday essentials, such as $2 organic eggs, bread, and milk (our “Cheapest on the Planet” prices)
- Weekly member-only deals, up to 75% off big brands (our “Insane Weekly Deals”)
- Our fastest delivery in eligible zones
- No regulatory fees on products such as alcohol and smoke shop products
FAM members can choose between a monthly or annual plan. Most memberships pay for themselves after just one order.
You can join FAM from your account page:
- Go to your account in the Gopuff app or website
- Select Join FAM Membership
- Choose Monthly ($7.99/month) or Annual ($71.88/year — that’s $5.99/month)
If you choose the monthly plan, you can start with a 30-day trial for $0.99 plus applicable taxes.

On average, members save about $30 per month from free delivery, no fees, and member discounts. Many members cover the cost of their membership after just one or two orders. Actual savings depend on order frequency and location.
Students save 50% on FAM, and receive the same benefits as regular FAM members at a lower rate. Students can choose between both monthly and annual FAM plans:
- $3.99/month for the monthly plan
- $35/year for the annual plan
You can cancel anytime:
Go to the Account page, click FAM Membership, and manage your FAM plan to cancel your membership. You will keep your benefits until the end of your current billing period. You may lose your benefits when canceling during the monthly trial period.
FAM memberships can be paid with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
Yes. You can upgrade to the annual plan at any time to save on your FAM plan. Go to the Account page, click FAM Membership, and manage your FAM plan to switch to Annual. Your new plan will start at the end of your current billing period.
