Eastern Standard:
1 1/2 tbsp. cucumber juice
1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. simple syrup
2 oz. Belvedere Vodka
Optional garnish: Mint leaves, cucumber slice
Make cucumber juice by running two medium cucumbers through a food processor or blender. Strain until juice is clear. Store leftover juice in the fridge.
In a cocktail shaker, add Belvedere, cucumber juice, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaves.
