This is one of Gurkha's finest blends. The 125th Anniversary was rated 94 by Cigar Aficionado - a stately specimen beyond gorgeous. The bands are preposterously ornate yet classy and the cigar itself looks like what you'd pick if you were going to the electric chair tomorrow morning. The in-store retail price is a relatively modest, un-Gurkha $10 to $12 per stick (here at da Page naturally it's waaayy less). The 125th is draped in an oily Habano-seed, Brazilian-grown wrapper covering an array of Nica, Dominican, and Brazilian tobaccos. Medium to full in body, complex yet balanced, eventful yet smooth. Multiple layers of flavor weave in and out of the scene: spice, citrus, sweetness, vanilla bean, espresso, roasted nuts, and more.
