Our rum is masterfully crafted in Guatemala. Aged to perfection in the highlands of Quetzaltenango, where Zacapa Rum develops its complex flavor and character. Using a process of patience, richness, quality and master blending, rums of different ages and personalities are blended and matured in a series of casks previously used to store robust American whiskeys, delicate sherries and fine Pedro Xim nez wines. The final result is artisanal rums aged from 6 to 23 years, which create the exciting flavor intricacies that embody the culinary revolution in the spirits world today
