Tuscan Toddy
1⁄2 oz Amante 1530
1 oz Bourbon
1⁄2 oz Italian sweet vermouth
1⁄2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice (pro tip - strain to remove the pulp)
1⁄2 oz honey syrup (1 part honey : 1 part boiling water)
2 dash Angostura bitters

Combine and pre-warm all liquids, and pre-warm your mug. When your mug and liquids are sufficientlywarm, empty the warming water from the mug, add the warm liquids, and top with 4 oz of fresh boilingwater. Squeeze your orange peel with the skin toward the drink to express the oils onto the drink and dropit in. (Pro tip - add a touch of nutmeg, clove, allspice or cinnamon).
