Full City Coffee Stout is the latest in a string of great can releases from Vault Brewing Company. At 5% ABV, this stout is the little brother to Vault’s Russian Imperial Stout. They used a blend of Pale, Crystal, Roasted and Toasted malts along with just a touch of Flaked Barley, lactose, and then fermented with an English yeast. Full City was conditioned on Pretty Bird Roastery coffee (Vault’s new coffee company) which was sourced from El Salvador, and left to soak for 24 hours.
