1. In a medium frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Add salmon, skin side down, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Once cooked 2/3 of the way up, flip and cook for 3-4 more minutes until nicely seared.
4. Flip back over and brush with teriyaki sauce.
5. Remove from the pan and place onto a serving plate.
6. Add another 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the same pan.
7. Add the broccoli and sear for 4-5 minutes until slightly golden brown.
8. Add garlic and cook for an extra 2 minutes.
9. Pour in teriyaki and chili crisp.
10. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 more minutes until thickened.
11. Spoon onto the serving plate next to the salmon and serve immediately.
