Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets
1 1/2 Cups Broccoli Florets
1/2 Cup teriyaki sauce
4 Garlic Cloves, Thinly Sliced
2 tsp Chili Crisp
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Freshly Cracked Pepper, to Taste
Kosher Salt, to Taste
Instructions
In a medium frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add salmon, skin side down, then season with salt and pepper.
Once cooked 2/3 of the way up, flip and cook for 3-4 more minutes until nicely seared.
Flip back over and brush with teriyaki sauce.
Remove from the pan and place onto a serving plate.
Add another 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the same pan.
Add the broccoli and sear for 4-5 minutes until slightly golden brown.
Add garlic and cook for an extra 2 minutes.
Pour in teriyaki and chili crisp.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 more minutes until thickened.
Spoon onto the serving plate next to the salmon and serve immediately.
