1. In a very hot pan, add the ground beef and saute until almost cooked through.
2. Add the mashed garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, beef broth, and brown sugar. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
3. Add the ramen noodles to the skillet, along with one packet of seasoning.
4. Stir and let cook for 4-5 minutes more, until the noodles have softened.
5. Divide the noodles between four bowls.
6. Garnish with scallions, chopped peanuts and chili crunch.
