Aged in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years. This rye whiskey is a banquet for the senses. Masterful and richly balanced with a range of spice notes including pepper, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. Mint and dried apple are apparent with undertones of oak, soft caramel and vanilla. On the palate, spice predominates counterbalanced by fresh mint, oak, vanilla and chocolate flavors.
