Hand assembled right here in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, we bring these to you with non chill-filtration, and proofed with a hard-yet-sweet pure limestone water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of Upstate New York. Widow Jane Vaults Series is a collection of Widow Jane's oldest and rarest bourbons. This 2021 release features hand-picked barrels from our fifteen to seventeen year-old rickhouse stocks set aside over a few years, began a meticulous blending process to create this edition of The Vaults. True to Widow Jane, these barrels were married together only ever in hyper small batches. This luxuriant whiskey was then finished in barrels raised with three-year-old air-seasoned Adirondack Oak. Using such a unique wood imparts rich and deep flavors. From the Adirondack Oak you will specifically discern hints of cream, smoke, and spice.
